Dieses Programm vereint spanische und deutsche Musik, indem es die poetischen Walzer von Granados mit Werken deutscher Komponisten wie Schumann oder Medtner (russisch-deutscher Herkunft) in Verbindung setzt. Es spiegelt die beiden Kulturen wider, die mich am meisten geprägt haben: meine Heimat sowie das Land und die Kultur, von denen ich täglich lerne.
Darüber hinaus soll dieses Konzert metaphorische und harmonische Verbindungen schaffen, da die meisten Stücke in A-Dur oder a-Moll stehen oder – wie im Fall von Soler in fis moll– daran erinnern. Sie erzeugen sehr unterschiedliche und vielfältige Klangwelten und bieten dem Zuhörer komplementäre Perspektiven und Klangfarben. Das eine könnte ohne das andere nicht existieren – weder das spanische Temperament noch die deutsche Romantik.

Information on participation

The concerts last approximately one hour, plus welcome and moderation. Doors open at 4:30 p.m. There will be no intermission. Afterwards, wine and cheese will be served in the castle park, weather permitting.

The event is financed by donations. Donations can be made by bank transfer to the account DE23 4765 0130 1010 1403 64 of the non-profit foundation Schloss Barntrup or in person in a donation box.

The number of places is limited, so we will send you confirmation of your reservation request. Participation without prior registration and confirmation is not possible.

Directions via the courtyard entrance on Hagenstraße, 32683 Barntrup. Parking spaces are available in the courtyard; please do not drive on the lawns.

Unfortunately, the concert hall can only be accessed via a spiral staircase and therefore not accessible to achieve.
